Delete your driver account

You can delete your Wholegrains Driver account yourself, from inside the app:

1. Open the app and log in.
2. Tap Profile at the top of the home screen (or, if your application is still under review, you are already on the profile screen).
3. Tap Delete my account at the bottom and confirm.

If you no longer have the app or cannot log in, message us on WhatsApp or email info@wholegrains.pk from the phone number on the account, and we will delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your name, phone number, CNIC number and photos, profile photo, payout account details and password are removed immediately, and you can no longer log in.

What is kept

Records of deliveries you completed and the payouts made for them are kept, without your name or contact details attached, because they are our financial records. Nothing in them identifies you.

You cannot delete your account while a delivery is in progress - finish it or hand it back first.
